Cara Lopez Lee is the author of They Only Eat Their Husbands: A Memoir of Alaskan Love, World Travel, and the Power of Running Away. Cara is also the creator of the Girls Trek Too blog. Her more than 20 years of experience in independent travel have taken her to Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America and most of the U.S. Her travel stories have appeared in The Los Angeles Times, Denver Post and Santa Fe New Mexican.
